He explains how Satan can allow souls to escape. Hell sounds like it has its own slackers. He also shares about Lucifer’s role in the Universe, and his research into the character.
Jason wants him to spill about upcoming “vessels” for returning souls. Ray’s not giving in, but does share Satan’s motivation for selecting the ones that will appear.
