Reaper Writers Step It Up in Post-Strike Episodes
Reaper fans worried a bit, early on, that the episodes were tending to cover terra a little too cognita. During the first several episodes, the network put the pressure on the writers to make each episode accessible for new viewers. So, we tended to see the same information exposed for the first few weeks. By the Christmas break, things were looking up up bit.
The writers have stepped it up, though, since the strike. We’ve seen Reaper go down some exciting, uncharted territory. This is especially good, since that’s what Reaper promised, from the beginning. It was supposed to be a show covering new territory. That’s what the audience expected, and it’s why fans started watching it, back in September.
