Ray Wise Talks Movies
Ray Wise, who is at Fangoria’s Weekend of Horrors in Secaucus, NJ, this weekend, told Fangoria Radio that they’ve just had a table-reading of upcoming horror of Jeepers Creepers III: The Creeper Walks Among Us. He seems pleased with the script for this third outing of the creepy, other-worldly, semi-angelodemonic, long-tongued creeper, and expects a really great production. Too bad we know so little about the film, other than it takes place 23 years after the second movie, and that cast members from the previous films will make appearances. Ray Wise, for sure, will be there, and, reportedly, so will Gina Philips, who survived the original Jeepers Creepers.
He also spoke about Infestation, from Mel Gibson’s Icon Productions. They hope to to screen the film at the Toronto Film Festival, this September. Infestation, shot in Bulgaria, last year, is currently in post-production. Wise pumps the film a little, “This isn’t some Sci Fi Channel movie; with Mel Gibson’s company involved, this will be a theatrical release.”
